Download StackSync client for Linux
(CentOS, Fedora, openSUSE, Ubuntu, Debian)
The StackSync client for Linux is provided in a compressed tarball containing a script for the installation that creates a few soft links for StackSync to be launched from the menu and the desktop, and installs the overlay icons library in the nautilus extension.
Note: At this moment overlay icons only work on Nautilus.
Download the .deb package and install it:
Download the tarball and extract it wherever you want to install StackSync, for example:
sudo dpkg -i stacksync_2.0_all.deb
Now you can run StackSync from either the menu or the terminal with the command: stacksync start
